1. Introduction These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CargoBrew, a service operated by Suply Limited. By signing up and using CargoBrew, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description CargoBrew provides AI-driven shipment tracking for container shipments and air cargo. Users receive daily email updates summarizing tracking information retrieved from shipping lines and other data sources.

3. User Accounts & Access

• A lead user registers an account and may invite up to five team members.

• Additional users within the same organization receive tracking updates.

• Users must provide accurate registration information.

4. Free & Paid Plans

• Free plan includes up to five users and five active shipments.

• Paid plans provide additional tracking capabilities (pricing details at cargobrew.co/pricing).

• Monthly billing occurs at the end of each month.

5. Data Usage & Privacy

• We process only the data required for tracking shipments.

• CargoBrew does not sell or share user data with third parties.

• AI processing is used for summarization only; data is not used to train AI models.

• Users acknowledge that container tracking data is publicly available.

6. Service Limitations & Liability

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of tracking data from third parties.

• CargoBrew is not liable for any business decisions made based on our tracking summaries.

• Users are responsible for verifying critical shipment details with official sources.

7. Termination & Account Cancellation

• Users may cancel their account at any time.

• CargoBrew may suspend access for violation of these Terms.

• Paid subscriptions are billed for the full monthly cycle upon cancellation.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in English courts.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CargoBrew constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
